It’s based on the LightGreyV2 theme.

  1. Download LightGreyV2 MinimalSpace XFwm4 theme
  2. Extract LightGreyV2 MinimalSpace.tar.gz
  3. Copy the LightGreyV2 MinimalSpace folder into your /usr/share/themes/ folder (You’ll need root priviledges to do this)
  4. Select LightGreyV2 MinimalSpace from the Window Manager window
